For 40 years Caseificio Tascolano has been one of the most renowned cheese producers and sellers in Vetralla. Here you'll find traditional products from the Lazio and Tuscia regions, like fresh, aged and pasta filata cheese. Founded as a farm business in 1980 and still rearing our own pigs today, over the years we have specialised in production and selling – both wholesale and retail – of cheese and cheese products from cow's, sheep's and goat's milk, as well as cold meats from the Lazio pork-making tradition.

Caseificio Tascolano began in 1980 and stands today among the best known cheese and cold meat producers in the Tuscia and Lazio regions. Over the years we have become a true leader when it comes to turning cow's, sheep's and goat's milk into delicious cheese products, fresh and aged, and selling them wholesale and retail.


Thanks to our Vetralla cheese, fresh, aged and pasta filata, our factory is quickly becoming known all over Italy, above all for the quality and unique taste of our products.

PIG-REARING AND PORK-MAKING

As well as producing traditional cheese, Tascolano also runs a farm business, rearing its own pigs and handling the entire pork production chain, from slaughter to the fine creation of the finished product.


Our production methods and recipes come straight from Italy's – and above all Lazio's – centuries-old pork-making tradition, which has resulted in a wide range of artisan cold meats, unparalleled in the world.
