Our factory that now churns out ricotta and other cheeses began life as a small artisan workshop. On the back of the Sanetti family's experience of producing its own cheeses and rising demand from customers, we decided to invest in a more modern facility.
Although we were stepping into new production technologies, we are still maintaining the flavours and traditions of the olden days, setting ourselves the aim of quality over quantity, concentrating on the tastiness and authenticity of our products. Our shop in Vetralla is restocked daily with cheese and pork products from our farm business.
Producing a good sausage is much easier said than done. There's cutting the meat, finding the balance of spices and aromas, casing and aging, all of them very delicate steps.
At Caseificio Tascolano we make pork meat from our own herd using traditional techniques, giving our customers the best in quality and aging.
At our shop in Vetralla you will find fresh cuts of pork in some periods of the year and cold meats throughout the year.
